Marisha Lockwood-Chilcott, Physician

I am a Board Certified Family Physician who has found my passion with medical aesthetics. Although I still love medicine and continue to practice a tiny bit by serving as the primary care doctor for three homes of developmentally delayed adults and working an occasional hospitalist shift at Petaluma Valley Hospital, I am delighted to spend my days helping my clients love the person in the mirror more. Every single day I say at least once, “I have the best job for me that I can imagine!” I get to express a level of creativity that I had no idea was inside of me and I have become fond of saying that yes, I am an artist, and the human face is my medium!

For those of you who want to know, I went to UC Berkeley for college, where I earned a BA in Mathematics. After an initial career in consulting and software product development for public utilities, I went back to school and received my M.D. from UC Davis School of Medicine. I completed Family Practice residency at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, where I subsequently worked as an ER physician for six years.

I came to Santa Rosa to join my father-out-law, Dr. F. Scott Chilcott in private family practice. We had the opportunity to work together until he retired in 2013. I founded Morpheus Medical Aesthetics in 2009 while I was still primarily a geriatrics specialist, but since 2014, I have shifted my focus from illness to vitality and now spend most of my time performing aesthetic procedures as well as coaching clients toward maximally healthy lives.

I am a Fellow in the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons. I enjoy training physicians and nurses to perform cosmetic injections at the office in Santa Rosa and speaking at conferences on emerging technologies and techniques. For fun outside of work I love to kite board, mountain bike, and laugh my head off with people I love!

“Julie Bones is a great clinician. She does PRP and Intima for me and the services are great as is she.”

Julie Bones, Registered Nurse & Provider

I was born and raised in Sonoma County.  I received my BA in Biology from UC Santa Cruz.  After college, I studied Nursing at the Santa Rosa Junior College, earning my Associate Degree in Nursing.

"I get to be in touch with my artistic side and allow my attention to details to shine."

I have been an RN since 2006, starting out in the excitement of the Emergency Room (where everybody needs us, but nobody wants us).  Now as a wife and mother of twins, I have found a more grounded pace and connected style of nursing in aesthetics (where everybody wants us, but nobody needs us).  Now I get to be in touch with my artistic side and allow my attention to details to shine.

I really enjoy helping people feel good about themselves.  Aesthetics is more than just treating someone’s outside appearance.   Practicing this type of self-care helps us to not only look more beautiful on the outside but to feel more confident and positive on the inside as well.  We smile more, frown less and are kinder to one another.   Aesthetics is one of many ways we can honor and love our temple.

"Practicing this type of self-care helps us to not only look more beautiful on the outside but to feel more confident and positive on the inside as well."

I have a very gentle touch and take my time.  I love being the best part of each client’s day as I strive to enhance their natural features and beauty. I believe that when we feel better about ourselves, it carries through to our loved ones and the world around us.

Amelia Perez, Esthetician

My favorite part of my work is when my clients leave feeling better, stronger and happier than when they walked in. I love to empower my clients, and make them feel like they can take on the world. I try to live and practice my work with my favorite quote in mind:

“Be the woman who fixes another woman's crown, without telling the world that it was crooked.”

I believe beauty has a power to it; one we should all harness. The world can be a very dark place, but I like to look for the beauty in it and use it to bring light to my clients’ lives. I received my Esthetician license from Destination Academy in Las Vegas. I am also a licensed phlebotomist via the Bay Area Medical Academy, and am currently pursuing my nursing degree at Santa Rosa Junior College. I also worked as an esthetician and manager at waxing salons and medical spas in Las Vegas for several years. Even with 11 years of industry experience, I am always learning and growing as an esthetician. I am passionate about continued education and staying on top of the newest trends and breakthroughs. I love that aesthetics is so creative and dynamic, and I’m motivated every day to expand my skill set and be the best provider for my clients.

Katrina Negoesco, Esthetician

The beauty industry has always fascinated me. Skin, makeup, hair, nails. I love it all! I studied Esthetics at Le Melange Academy in Napa and received my Esthetician license in 2005. After working in various venues in the industry, I quickly realized that the medical aesthetics aspect was ultimately my favorite. I prefer the “big guns” of the beauty world, with results-oriented treatments and products.
I originally came to Morpheus Medical Aesthetics as a client and was immediately impressed with Dr. Chilcott and her amazing team. I am so thrilled to be a part of such a beautiful, empowering group of women who are committed to helping other women look and feel their best! I love being educated on the services and products that we offer and look forward to soaking up all the knowledge I can to enhance my career.
One of my favorite mantras is:
“Don’t ever let anyone dull your sparkle.”
That is precisely how I want every client to feel when they walk out of our door. With their head held higher, a smile on their face, and ready to take on the world!

“Kayo has been very respectful and professional throughout my two years seeing her.”

Kayo Kurokawa, Registered Nurse

I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Samuel Merritt University in 2013 and have been in the medical aesthetics field since then. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, I had a career in Structural Engineering design and designed many buildings in the Bay Area.

Although I had a passion for creativity, design, and organization in my engineering career, I realized that I wanted to transition to a career where I can build personal relationships while helping others. I found a passion in the healthcare field and am delighted to have joined the Morpheus Aesthetics team in the spring of 2017. I believe in building long term relationships with each client I encounter because I want to be involved in each individual’s personal journey.

I try to treat each client holistically after focussing on each individuals concerns. I am very personable and always aim to customize each treatment to achieve a more natural look for you. To me, each person has their own definition of beautiful and ultimately, I would like to bring the best out of you. We all are aging and I would like to help each one of my clients age gracefully.

Genesis Sanchez, Santa Rosa Office Manager

I love being able to be of service to people. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and have been with Morpheus for four years. It's incredible to be a part of a great team of Women. Although I am not an injector, I appreciate that we are all a vital part of this business structure.
A little about myself, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, Yoshi, as well as having fun (with drinks) with the people I LOVE.

Aishka Santoyo, MA

I am grateful for having the opportunity to work while being surrounded by beautifully spirited women. I have worked around aesthetics for almost six years, starting at a local dermatology office and now happily at Morpheus. My favorite part of working at Morpheus is having organic, pure connections with patients and being able to be a part of their self-care blooming.
I believe in thriving and growing while remaining humble and staying authentic to myself.

Angie Davis, Certified Nurse Practitioner

Angie is a certified nurse practitioner with previous experience in both emergency medicine and primary care. Originally from Texas, her background includes a Bachelors of Arts and Science from Baylor University, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University, and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Mary Hardin-Baylor University. I pride myself on being a punctilious provider with a passion for aesthetics. My nursing education and healthcare experiences have taught me that caring for a person is holistic in nature and should look to heal the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. I believe confidence can be empowering, and I am so excited to work with clients and be able to cultivate that feeling through the services we offer at Morpheus Medical Aesthetics.
