At the risk of being labeled something that is not politically correct, I am going to share one of my absolutely favorite pieces of psychological wisdom: the feminine and masculine are intrinsically different from one another and that manifests in many different ways.
We all have a mixture of the two with different ratios showing up at different times depending on what role we are playing – being at home with our families of origin, working at the office, hanging out with friends, or otherwise interacting with the world. I myself have a strong masculine side, but am also aware that I am feminine at my core.
There is no right or wrong, AND there are differences.In this era of extreme polarity, it is incumbent on those of us who are using our brains to think, to do so critically no matter what we are thinking and talking about.
